Child Safety Standards Policy

Binary Bridge is developed and operated by RAM'S ERA ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of record for the Binary Bridge mobile application and this website. This Child Safety Standards Policy explains our commitment to protecting minors on our platform and describes how we detect, prevent, and report Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Zero-tolerance statement

Binary Bridge and RAM'S ERA maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, storage, distribution, solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of any content that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or abuses minors, including but not limited to:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated or computer-modified depictions of minors;
• grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor;
• trafficking, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of minors;
• content that sexualizes minors, even where no explicit imagery is involved;
• any use of Binary Bridge to facilitate contact between adults and minors for sexual purposes.

This prohibition applies to every user, account, and piece of content on Binary Bridge, without exception. Violations result in immediate and permanent removal of the offending content and account, and are reported to the appropriate authorities and organizations as described below.

Prevention and detection

Binary Bridge and RAM'S ERA take proactive steps to keep minors safe on our platform:

• our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit CSAE and related conduct;
• user reports of suspected CSAE are reviewed and actioned as a top priority;
• accounts, content, and messages found to violate this policy are removed and the associated accounts are permanently banned;
• we cooperate with law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and other child-safety organizations as required by applicable law.

How to report CSAE or child safety concerns

If you encounter content or behavior on Binary Bridge that you believe violates this policy — including suspected CSAE, grooming, or endangerment of a minor — report it immediately using the in-app "Report" feature on the content, profile, or conversation in question, or contact us directly at admin@binarybridge.in. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, and referral to law enforcement or NCMEC where warranted.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services right away.

Enforcement

Any account found to have violated this Child Safety Standards Policy will be permanently removed from Binary Bridge. RAM'S ERA reserves the right to preserve relevant account and content data and disclose it to law enforcement or child-safety organizations as required or permitted by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
